Construction is finished at the City's largest residential development at the Hilltop. The project offers both single-family and townhouse-style homes ranging in size from 2,035 to 3,295 square feet and up to 6 bedrooms. Along with the homes, the build-out of the project completes the walking trails that link Hilltop and Discovery Well Parks and the Civic Center with the residential neighborhoods.
The following neighborhoods are part of the Promontory development:
Westbluff Estates consists of 21 single-family homes located near the intersection of Junipero and 21st Street and 30 single-family homes on Hill Street near Cherry Avenue.
Skyline Estates consists of 32 three-story townhouses with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean along the ridgeline of the Hill. Each townhouse is duplex-style with easy-access garages and courtyard entranceways.
Eastbluff includes 21 one- and two-story single-family dwellings at the southwest corner of Hill Street and Ohio Avenue.
Skyline Villas consists of 24 townhouses with attached garages and city/ocean views. This is the last parcel on the hilltop designated for multi-family dwellings and is located between Skyline and Panorama drives and Molino and Ohio Avenues. Construction on the final 8 townhouses is nearing completion.
